The architecture of the village, unique of its kind, has been studied in all details in order to make you feel the sensation as to live in a picturesque and traditional “borgo” (village) of the lake. All the apartments, inserted into a big private park, offer a magnificent panorama of the lake.
The common parts do include a park/garden of 12.000 sq. m., the swimming-pool of 8.5 X 18.00 m. and the Jacuzzi of 3.5 m. of diameter, both facilities are heated. All connected services like bathrooms, dressing rooms and storage space are situated in the basement.
Next to the swimming-pool and to the Jacuzzi you will find the solarium/relax area, paved in wood and natural stone. The nearby “pergola” covered with wisteria offers freshness, shadow and protection from the summer heat.
Every apartment has got at its disposal a private green space, which could be a garden or a terrace, already set up with flowers and plants and relative flower pots equipped with an irrigation system.
The green spaces complete the common outside areas combining themselves with the ones of the private gardens, all designed and studied by a landscape architect of international reputation from the company Rattiflora.
The eco-friendly concept of the whole project includes not only a solar panel system to provide hot water for the apartments and heating for the swimming-pool and the Jacuzzi, but also the collection of rain water for being re-used for garden purposes.
The whole complex is considered to be of energy class B.
Walk-ways do cross the whole village to connect the buildings and the swimming-pool area, passing also through the private park in order to connect the different settlements. The walk-ways are delimited by walls made of local stone in grey and rust brown and are embellished with pergolas realized with pillars of granite stone and wooden lattice to support the shady climbing wisteria.
The outdoor space can be enjoyed also after sunset due to a special illumination system studied according to an illumination-technical concept projected by the company FLOS.
For the private car spaces we offer in alternative locked up garages as well as park spaces underground or park spaces in the open air protected by a pergola. They are set strategically in a way to interfere never with the harmony of the village and with the peace of its habitants.
